Sample Recipe - Lamb Bhuna1kg of leg of lamb cut into small pieces Place all ingredients except the oil, gharam masala and the coriander in a strong saucepan and add 600ml of cold water. Cook using a moderate heat until lamb is tender stirring occasionally. (If the mixture becomes too dry then add more water) Add the gharam masala and the oil and fry lamb until the oil separates out. Add the coriander and fry for another minute or two.
